The Accelerator combines qualitative interviews, data analysis, and strategic reflection – in three steps:

1. Scoping & Design

In a half-day workshop, we lay the foundation for your organizational diagnosis: we clarify the why – the purpose and expectations, the what – the relevant topics and questions, the who – the target groups and respondents, and the when – the timeline and process.

2. Interviews & Data Analysis

In the second phase – Interviews & Data Analysis – we invite participants, conduct the interviews, guide and monitor the survey process, and subsequently evaluate the results. The insights gained are carefully analyzed and documented.

3. Reflection on Results & Recommendations

The results are initially reflected upon in collaboration, then distilled into core insights and translated into strategic recommendations. In the final step, we present these findings as a targeted process intervention.

The key drivers of the transformation process (leadership and project team) are invited to share their intuitive assessment: Why is transformation needed? What challenges lie ahead? Where does the organization stand today? What resistance might arise? The results reveal how aligned their views of transformation are – and where clarification is still required. This forms a strong basis for clear and consistent communication across the organization.

Module 2: Leadership Commitment

Depending on organizational size, (top) leaders are invited to share their intuitive perspective on the transformation process: Are they emotionally committed to the change? Do they share a common understanding of it? Will they “walk the talk” throughout the process? For transformation to succeed, it must resonate within the organization and be anchored in a shared understanding – otherwise, leadership risks holding back the process.
