The Impact Business Design Framework
Our framework is a systemic and integral model for driving effective transformation. It connects strategy, culture, and structure to prepare organizations for future viability. The three-step process includes Transparency (assessing the current position), Transcendence (developing new mindsets and behaviors), and Immanence (embedding and sustaining change). Supported by tools such as the Impact Business Oscillogram, the Impact Profiler, and other hands-on instruments, complex change becomes both manageable and strategically controllable.
