Impact Profiler – Analyzing Values in Organizations
The Impact Profiler is a tool for values analysis in organizations. It reveals collective values and motivational patterns, offering key insights into cultural dynamics and fields of development. Developed together with Profile Dynamics, the method builds on the developmental theory of American psychologist Clare W. Graves and provides organizations with a deeper understanding of cultural dynamics and growth opportunities.
Make Values Visible – Drive Development with Purpose
Through values analysis in organizations with the Impact Profiler, collective values and motivational patterns become measurable – creating a foundation for focused development and growth. As part of Impact Business Design, the Profiler applies seven value systems to support values analysis in organizations. Developed by Profile Dynamics®, the method is grounded in the idea that people, teams, and organizations are shaped by distinct values that influence how they perceive and interpret reality within and beyond the system.
Understanding Values – Developing Organizations
Every person, team, and organization is shaped by distinct values. Only by understanding these values can their full potential be realized. With the Impact Profiler, values analysis in organizations takes place through seven core patterns. Each pattern represents a unique “lens” through which reality is perceived inside and outside the system. This approach reveals the underlying ways an organization thinks, feels, and acts.
Steps of the Impact Profiler Analysis
- Today – Where do we stand today?
- Tomorrow – Where do we want to be in 3–5 years?
Each perspective consists of 28 sets of questions. You should allow about 50–60 minutes to complete the entire process. For each question, you distribute 17 points across one or more of the given statements.
Important: Answer quickly and intuitively. This way, your assessments are reflected most accurately, and you will achieve the best results.
